The personalities you’ll find here set us apart. We all have different backgrounds, interests and roles. But we all share a genuine passion for Engage ATS – and our commitment to continuously expanding what it can do. It’s what makes our team so effective. We asked some of our team to give a little insight into who they are and what they love about Engage ATS.
I guide the strategy and vision for the system, as well as the fantastic Engage ATS team.
What makes Engage ATS great is that it's so intuitive. Which means both clients and candidates are empowered by it. If I had to describe Engage ATS in one word, it would be "responsive". And we're continuing to develop that key quality.
For me, client retention is the marker of our success. Equally, we're proud of and excited by new clients, and of course having a market-leading product.
I define and document how the applications and systems we use work together to ensure clients' requirements are met. It involves guiding the development team, conducting technical design reviews, as well as identifying and mitigating technical risks.
There are lots of great features in Engage ATS – especially the report generator. It gives clients the flexibility to work with data that's meaningful to their needs. We're committed to building on these sorts of strengths, and I think that in a few years' time other products will be playing catch up to match what Engage ATS will offer as standard.
Client Services Director
My role is to drive the overall success of the Engage ATS Client Services Programme. I work with my team of Senior Client Services Managers to drive the conception, implementation and aftercare for client and product projects.
My favourite feature in Engage ATS is our 'Reporting Suite with Filters'. It sets us apart as a market leader within reporting capability, and gives our clients power over 'their' data.
The way we work with our clients and the satisfaction they express is something we're really proud of. We want them to get the most out of our innovations, so maintaining a good relationship with them is vital.
Head of Testing and Technical Operations
My role is to keep in close contact with our Client Services Team to ensure the Technical needs of our clients are being met. I oversee the delivery of any new features, making sure they are configured as per the client specification and within the project timeline. I also manage our testing and release process.
I've been a part of the Engage ATS team from the beginning and proud of how our system has evolved. It is very hard for me to choose, but if I had to pick my favourite feature in Engage ATS it would be interview scheduling. It's such a time saver, online allowing a recruiter to create interview slots and release them to candidates to manage their own bookings, job done!
Senior Client Services & ISO Manager
I'm responsible for leading the relationship of a number of key clients within the Higher Education Sector. I also manage ATS's commitment to our ISO standards within Information Security and Quality.
There's a lot to be proud of with Engage ATS – our 'Job Description Builder' functionality is a real game changer for a number of clients, but specifically within Higher Education and Public Sector.
