We asked some of our team to give a little insight into who they are and what they love about Engage ATS.
I guide the strategy and vision for the system, as well as the fantastic engage|ats team.
What makes engage|ats great is that it's so intuitive. Which means both clients and candidates are empowered by it. If I had to describe engage|ats in one word, it would be "responsive". And we're continuing to develop that key quality.
For me, client retention is the marker of our success. Equally, we're proud of and excited by new clients, and of course having a market-leading product.
As engage|ats' Technical Architect, my job is to shape and direct all of the technical elements of the product. This ranges from choosing and maintaining the infrastructure platforms through to guiding the software technology process, tech stack, code quality and ensuring client requirements are converted in to deliverable features that provide value and efficiencies to our clients. I have 20 years' experience in software development across multiple industries: Logistics, Warehousing, Gaming, Healthcare and Recruitment. By working across several industry sectors I have been exposed to a wide range of challenges which have all been valuable learning experiences that I can now channel in to engage|ats and help maintain its position as an industry leading application.
With over fifteen years experience in developing consultative relationships with businesses based in the UK and worldwide, I am well placed to understand your individual business needs in implemented an automated applicant tracking system. I will work closely with your organisation to understand what is important to your project whilst recognising the timescales involved. Not only does this help me to support new clients to automate their recruitment process, it ensures engage|ats delivers a system that gives you full control of your recruitment process from advertising new opportunities to hiring your next recruit.

Head of Testing and Technical Operations
My role is to keep in close contact with our Client Services Team to ensure the Technical needs of our clients are being met. I oversee the delivery of any new features, making sure they are configured as per the client specification and within the project timeline. I also manage our testing and release process.
I've been a part of the engage|ats team from the beginning and proud of how our system has evolved. It is very hard for me to choose, but if I had to pick my favourite feature in engage|ats it would be interview scheduling. It's such a time saver, online allowing a recruiter to create interview slots and release them to candidates to manage their own bookings, job done!
I have been with Havas People for 11 years and in that time, I have enjoyed helping our clients find innovative solutions to their recruitment challenges.

Support Operations Manager
As a former client who implemented engage|ats, I've experienced the benefits and efficiencies that the system can bring to the HR Team, Recruiting Managers and across the wider business.
Now I support a few different areas within the engage|ats team. I head up the Client Helpdesk team, who provide outstanding, comprehensive service and technical support to our clients on a daily basis. I also head up the Implementations and Projects team who tackle the larger client projects and new client implementations, coordinating all the teams to ensure that our new clients are up and running as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
We also work closely with clients to define and build new and exciting innovations to continually improve the system.
From my time as a client, the simple but powerful Vacancy Approval/Requisition tool has to be my pick for important functionality. Collecting advertising requirements and gaining approval from each appropriate party (whether sitting down the hall or across the globe) is incredibly simple and effective. Having the whole process tracked, auditable and with automatic emails at each stage will make the process effortless.
