As one of oldest and most revered institutions in the world, The House of Commons & House of Lords, were both keen to boost the efficiency of its hiring, increase the recruitment team’s standing – both internally and externally, and deliver a better candidate experience. To do this, they wanted to evolve to an online recruitment processes, requiring systems that would enable them to manage both volume and niche hiring effectively.
