Case Study: House of Commons & House of Lords

As one of oldest and most revered institutions in the world, The House of Commons & House of Lords, were both keen to boost the efficiency of its hiring, increase the recruitment team’s standing – both internally and externally, and deliver a better candidate experience. To do this, they wanted to evolve to an online recruitment processes, requiring systems that would enable them to manage both volume and niche hiring effectively. Case Study : Vibrance

Vibrance, a celebrated charity supporting vulnerable adults in east London, wanted to bring their recruitment practices bang up to date. Top of their list was to set a precedent to candidates – making basic IT skills an integral part of the application process as it is an essential part of each of Vibrance’s roles. In addition they needed to allow their hiring managers to be self-sufficient in advertising and filling vacancies. This autonomy needed to be coupled with a standardisation of recruitment processes across managers and ensure that the HR Team had visibility of the process and candidates in order to support their managers. Case Study: Moore Stephens

As one of the world's leading accounting, audit and advisory networks, efficiency and process are paramount to Moore Stephens in all aspects of their operations, including recruitment. Before advertising any new vacancy, they have to ensure sign-off from all key stakeholders and then feed that back to the recruitment team. Moore Stephens needed to achieve this in a consolidated and effective manner without any cumbersome paperwork, lengthy email trals or tracking across multiple systems. Their goal was to reduce the time it took to gain sign-off for vacancy approval so that all vacancies could be advertised sooner and filled quicker. Case Study: St Mary's University

St Mary's University wanted to move from a paper-based recruitment system to an online ATS to increase the efficiency and ease-of-use for Hiring Managers and HR Administrators. Their staff spent a significant amount of time manually administering recruitment tasks which was highly inefficient. They also wanted their applicants to experience a streamlined recruitment process, whilst giving them the ability to track the progress of their applications. They embarked on a nationwide campaign to attract new talent to the sector and increase the number of candidates with the right personal attributes for the role. Case Study: Northern Rail

Northern Rail is one of our current Engage ATS clients. They wanted to evolve their current recruitment model and work in partnership with us to make sure the system could not only reflect these changes, but add more. They were looking to increase efficiency within the team that handles volume recruitment on a day-to-day basis and bring the onboarding process online.
