Next, we build your system and, with weekly project status updates and client support, we ensure project milestones and deadlines are met, often exceeded.

User Acceptance Testing

Testing your system for the first time is a critical step in the implementation lifecycle, and we provide a high level of support  to you, including on-site training on what to test, user-friendly testing guidance materials and regular contact throughout the testing period.


The final touches are made in this stage, before we hand ownership over to you. And of course, we celebrate launching your system together.

Account Management

The Engage ATS team is structured to deliver a high-touch, consultative and industry leading service to all of our clients. You'll be paired with a dedicated Account Manager and Account Director, who'll work closely together to deliver and measure our service to you. Our aim is to not just meet, but exceed our Service Level Agreements to ensure you are completely satisfied.


We pride ourselves on ease of accessibility, quick response times and high quality assistance. That includes a guaranteed response within 24 hours for candidates, and fully trained support staff for clients – plus clearly visible links for candidates to get in touch with us. We also make sure our staff are fully trained to understand your preferred way of working.


We hold reviews regularly to make sure that our partnership is working for you. Your Account Manager will meet with you to discuss feedback, priorities, goals and your satisfaction – and what we discover will shape our future service delivery. We offer a post-implementation review, quarterly reviews, and annual reviews led by your dedicated Account Director.


Engage ATS is designed to be intuitive – and our training gives you the confidence to make the most of its functionality. Not every ATS user is the same, and we offer different types of training to complement your needs:

  • User Acceptance Training
    We'll get you up-to-speed on the areas that you will be testing during the implementation phase. This means that you'll be able to test the system with a critical eye, and ensure everything is working well.
  • Live Training
    We'll train your entire HR or recruitment team on the full system and its day-to-day functions just before the system goes live.  Depending on numbers/the depth of training you require, this can last between one and five days.
  • Train the Trainer
    This prepares your team to roll out internal training to your wider staff, and is especially beneficial to large organisations.
  • Role-Specific Training
    We can create bespoke sessions depending on the role of each particular user group – this makes training more streamlined, and means that your people only learn what they need to know.
  • Ad-hoc Training
    If at any time you require a refresher session, or you have a new team member, we can offer training at your discretion. 


We can integrate Engage ATS into all major HR systems as well as many online testing systems, single sign-on applications and job boards. As well as this, we are constantly working to widen our integration capabilities, and welcome requests for integration projects.


We can advise you on change management, recruitment technology and practices – anything from stake holder management to rolling out new recruitment initiatives and cost-reduction techniques.
