Vibrance, a celebrated charity supporting vulnerable adults in East London, wanted to bring their recruitment practices up to date. All while making basic IT skills an integral part of the application process. A challenge we were proud to take on.
The ATS we’d develop needed to be a sophisticated and intuitive system that allowed hiring managers – with varying ranges of IT and systems skills – to administrate their own recruitment. The system needed to be user-friendly and promote buy-in from their core team of users whilst being flexible enough to accommodate these needs as well as those of the recruitment team.
After some hard graft and careful collaboration – we did it. We built Vibrance a fully customised system that gave the organisation the features and functionality they were after, and managers the flexibility and autonomy they wanted. From one central screen they were now able to quickly and easily advertise their vacancies and manage the candidates that applied throughout the entire process.
