Mace

Mace is where talent and tech link up. With engage|ats, they’re connecting candidates to graduate, placement and apprentice roles in the UK and, more recently, across the globe. Our handiwork has been key in their early careers hiring, and, over time, we’ve built a strong and trusting relationship that continues to deliver and evolve. Excellent results, exuberant applications – our collaboration is years in the making and custom-made for the moment.

The GLA

Where do you even begin when tasked with running London? And not just the bare minimum – we mean smooth functionality across regions, functions and industries. As the name implies, the Greater London Authority is the regional governance body of Greater London. The engage|ats team and platform supports them with everything from campaign set-up to candidate management. In our first year of collaboration, the GLA posted roughly 400 vacancies. Catching the right talent, at the right time, with a near-seamless recruiting experience. It was a win-win-win situation. For London, for new hires and for our capacity with a new system.

Greater.jobs

Greater.jobs gives it to you straight. All the vacancies for Greater Manchester and Blackpool in one simple portal. It’s a job platform for local authorities and key services from the region, and we’ve had the chance to work with them since 2016. Our mission? Improve their candidate experience from first impressions to applications. In the first 8 months, they posted 6,876 vacancies and received a staggering 51,504 applications. When the dust settled, the councils were able to make 1,006 job offers.

Stafford and Cannock Council

Imagine two very amicable and collaborative neighbours. Well, in the West Midlands, Cannock Chase Council and Stafford Borough Council share several services but remain two separate entities. Using engage|ats, each council can recruit with their own unique processes and reap the benefits of a singular umbrella system. We kept it simple, but also leaned into their respective needs. The devil is in the details, right? Let’s just say we did some exorcising.

Northern

Connecting tens of thousands of people across the north of England is no small feat, but Northern’s vision goes even further. They want to make a positive impact for the North as more than just train travel – making bigger and better connections for their passengers, their neighbours and their employees. Our team got to work closely with Northern to deliver their system in record-breaking speed and always on budget.
