Where do you even begin when tasked with running London? And not just the bare minimum – we mean smooth functionality across regions, functions and industries. As the name implies, the Greater London Authority is the regional governance body of Greater London. The engage|ats team and platform supports them with everything from campaign set-up to candidate management. In our first year of collaboration, the GLA posted roughly 400 vacancies. Catching the right talent, at the right time, with a near-seamless recruiting experience. It was a win-win-win situation. For London, for new hires and for our capacity with a new system.

Imagine two very amicable and collaborative neighbours. Well, in the West Midlands, Cannock Chase Council and Stafford Borough Council share several services but remain two separate entities.
