Client offboarding is the process we will go through with you if you decide to move on to another provider. The goal of the offboarding process is to minimise any disruption to you and your teams, while you are transitioning away from us to another ATS system.

Making sure you leave as a happy customer

It is human nature to at some point want change and to try something new. At engage|ats, we understand this is part of the consumer cycle and we make sure we do everything we can to make the transition away as smooth as possible.

Once a client has informed us of their decision to leave, their Account Manager will create an offboarding project plan with key dates and activities.

Before leaving, clients will generally want to extract their data from engage|ats. We can support them through this process through the creation of data feeds or bespoke reports. And just in case a client needs something in their system after leaving, we keep their site and their data for a further two weeks (unless we are specifically requested not to).

Once that two week period has passed, all of your candidate data will be deleted from our database so you are safe in the knowledge that you have fully complied with GDPR.

Tip: It is important to check your data policy concerning the agreed timescale that you keep candidate data for. Our Helpdesk team will then be more than happy to help you access this data in a secure way.
