Within engage|ats, a customised workflow allows you the freedom to fully define and build out your recruitment process. Workflows can be used to request a job, to process candidates, or even during onboarding.
Design your own process
We know every organisation is unique. ‘Off the shelf’ workflows don’t usually give you what you need, and often a tailor-made approach is what works best.
Our workflows are entirely customisable and can be flexed to fit your recruitment requirements. Our three main workflows are:
Request to recruit – This enables users to kick off the recruitment process by requesting to recruit for a role and seeking approval. Our workflows can be configured to have anything from one approval chain to multiple approvers. At each stage, an approver can choose to send the workflow back to its originator if something needs to be amended. Once the workflow has been completed, the vacancy will be published.
Process route workflows – Process routes define the journey each candidate can be processed through. You can have any number of process route workflows linked to different application forms or vacancies, depending on the role you are hiring for.
Onboarding workflows – Once a candidate has accepted their offer, our onboarding workflow will allow for the collection of references, new starter form information, offer letters and contracts. We can even configure them to include right to work checks.
