We make it collaborative
At engage|ats, we know hiring is a collective effort. That’s why we make it easy to get all the different stakeholders to be involved in the process.
Hiring managers can kick it off using the ‘Request to recruit’ functionality. They can also add in as many panel members as needed for each vacancy.
These panel members will all be invited to score candidates at the shortlisting stage and during the interview. Member notes and scores are collected by engage|ats and can made be visible or hidden to avoid bias.
Once all the reviews are in, only the panel chair or hiring manager will have the ability to decide whether to progress or reject a candidate based on the scores.
Tip: If you have a small team, you can assign people to multiple roles. For examples, one person can be both a hiring manager and panel chair.
