The Challenge

The Solution
For starters, we made sure the system is doing everything it needs to. Working closely with Mace, we pinpointed areas that should evolve and adapt. We also upgraded their system to track job board links – nothing short of a new vantage point to see where candidates are coming from. It also lets them apply more than once per intake. Mace also gave us a wish list. A brand-new dashboard to streamline the processes? We love it. We’re on it.
The Results
Pure numbers? Mace has received 8,541 submissions for 172 vacancies in the last 12 months. Free-flowing applications with new ways to monitor audiences, such as those from disadvantaged backgrounds or care leavers. Mace’s diversity commitments are supported by our system, and the Engage reporting suite lets the client pull data as needed. Analysing, measuring and evaluating every recruitment cycle with a new competitive edge.
