Ever since engage|ats was first designed we have always strived to make our system easy and intuitive to use for candidates and recruiters alike. our platform has been evolving ever since. We have recently launched our new candidate interface which was redesigned following user-research and with the input of our own UX/UI and Creative teams.

At engage|ats we take a unique approach to our development roadmap in that we really do listen to our customers and candidates when considering how we can improve our software both including design, usability, functionality and integrations. engage|ats is highly configurable and can be tailored to meet each client’s needs.
Tip: Job searching more often than not takes place on a mobile device. We have designed engage|ats to allow the candidate to undertake the full application process right from their phone.
